Gig Bliss
I'm basking in the afterglow of our first gig this year.
"Ahh, welcome home" said the stage to I.
Great audience, the fellas geared up, beautiful artwork and artisans.. a great time was had by all!
Today, we rest. We'll be updating about the gig with more details (and pictures!) soon. Don't forget to check out Lorraine's blog at http://lorrainehart.blogspot.com/ -- she is working on a blog for our local newspaper (http://inyourneighborhood.blogspot.com/) about the Two Waters' event, too. More to come!

Anna -
Your mom suggested I e-mail you some collages. Before commencing with this, thought I'd back into it by (a) asking for your e-mail address - you can reply to my Comcast.net address which she also has (b) share what all you're doing (c) tell me just you what you might be interested in seeing and so forth.
I have dabbled in a number of media (charcoal, pastels, acrylics, papier mache, etc. and an assortment of crafts (collage, book & card making, quilting, weaving, soft dolls, mosaic, painting pottery, printmaking, etc.)
Most of my work involves collage with various papers, I utilize other media to add texture and increase overall levels of visual interest.
My focus is generally concentrated around the issue of art as a pathway to wholeness. I'm especially interested in the healing potential of art - particularly in the area of mental health.
My primary motivation is self-expression and art as a supplement to verbal communication or a pathway for non-verbal exchanges.
Hope to hear from you soon.
If you're the Anna Hart who spoke on KUOW recently, could you do me a favor?
We're looking for a Lyme-literate doctor in our area (northern Washington state), and you mentioned one is in Vancouver BC.
Could you email his name and contact info to me? I'd be most grateful.

Thanks for your eloquent interview.
